Hi,

i'm planing on making a trip to Louisiana to meet Cajun people who speaks french. I have no knowledge of the demographics or geogrphics of the Cajun, i'd like to know where can i find french speaking people, villages, towns, region, bars, cafés and communities.

I'm a French-Canadian from Quebec and i'm going there in Febuary till april, only to meet people there, i have always been a Cajun's culture, language and history aficionado.
